Every time I went in this store they having trouble finding my orders. Thats so unprofessional. For being a known cake gallery, you should have everything in your data base( computer) to make pick up easier .. not in kind of book.

I called The Cake Gallery and spoke with a woman named Theresa. I had the most positive experience; Theresa was patient, understanding, very knowledgeable, thorough and explained the differences of how the frosting would affect the color. Theresa was AMAZING!!! Theresa has a very positive and calming personality and I feel blessed to have spoken with her on the phone. Also, when I asked to speak with her supervisor, Naomi, to pay her a compliment Naomi was a pleasure to speak with. I have never posted a Google review but after my experience today I felt the need to give them the recognition they deserve. Kudos to Theresa, Naomi and The Cake Gallery for having such wonderful people working there.
