Auto Medic

my transmission went out and had me stranded on the side of the road. I called Automedic and spoke with Travis. He said I could have the vehicle towed there and he would get it diagnosed and go from there. He offered to send a tow truck even. My vehicle was quickly diagnosed and I felt confident with their findings. I did need a new transmission as well as a motor mount. I told Travis they could move forward with the repairs and two days later it was completely finished. Travis was very knowledgeable as well as honest and straight forward. Justin was the technician and did a great job. I was very impressed with the turn around time in getting my vehicle back on the road. I finally found a repair shop with integrity and I can be confident that my vehicle will be fixed right and I wont be taken advantage of and charged for repairs I don't need. I took my "Sox" in for fog lamp repair, and once again, the guys at Auto Medic were fantastic! Once again, a big thank you to Travis, Bob, and the guys for going above and beyond with your customer service! Ya'll are simply the best!!
