        Avoid bidding on or selling with this company—very shady operation. The owner will bid against you when he has not intention of buying it. He just keeps "uping the bid" as if someone else has bid against you. I even called him on it and he said "well I'm not going to let it go for nothing". This is illegal and he knows it. Several months later I ended up at another one of his auctions and he had one of his employee minions do the bidding. If he ends up winning it, he just puts it in the back and sells it again next week. If he is at a facility, he just puts "not sold" on his paperwork and leaves it for the seller to deal with. Do NOT bid with this company.
