I hired Mr. Boecker to represent me in a case against my insurance company about a roof that they did not properly pay out on the claim. He was helpful and on top of things in the beginning. He asked for a retainer of $2500 to get stared, and I paid it immediately. Shortly thereafter he stopped replying to anything. Then I finally got him on the phone, and he made excuses and tried to twist why he stopped responding to me. He told me he is working on my case now, and that we would file a demand letter asap. Then he disappeared again. He gave me his cell number previously, and I texted him 3 times over 3 weeks, and called him 3 times, along with an email once per week. He never returned an email, call, or text. I then sent him notice that I was going to report him to the Nebraska Counsel for Discipline, and he still did not respond. I then reported him to the counsel for discipline, and am pending their judgement on this. My next steps are that I am going to have to sue him in small claims or hire an attorney to sue him for $2500 back. I have gotten no communication, no bill, no money back, and feel robbed. I warn you strongly to stay away.
