This is a nice, quiet, cozy apartment complex nestled in the back away from heavy traffic! Love it!! Management is amazing and on point.. been here almost a year and no complaints. If there’s a problem they will fix it! Love it! And affordable!

This place is a godsend after my last apartment. Stephanie is incredibly friendly and helpful. She truly went above and beyond to assist me in finding a unit that matched my needs, kept in contact prior to move-in, and overall made my out-of-state move a very smooth transition. Maintenance responds very quickly, I put in a request late at night and they arrived first thing in the morning to fix a couple things. The 1 BDRM apartments are very spacious, so much so that I was able to make my home office in part of the dining/living area. The walk-in closet is wonderful too. The balcony doors give an unobstructed view of sunrise. Place 72 is right off bus lines & within walking distance to trails, gas stations, and a grocery store. Very safe & quiet here.

It is a great location, and decently priced. My unit is a ground level 1 bedroom approximately 700sq ft for $715. My water is $30, & my electric is $60-$120. There is coin laundry on the first floor ($1.50 wash, $1 dry) and the machines were recently replaced. When I first moved in, there was some flooding (I believe from the building's sewer pipes). They hired a company to clean it up. There were loud fans blowing in my apartment for several days. After it dried, the carpet in my walk-in closet stunk bad. The office sent maintenance, & maintenance just gave me the run around. I had better not get charged for it. My neighbor & her friends were profound potheads. Sarpy & Douglas County Sheriffs offices came out & arrested multiple people from that apartment across the hall from me. They moved out soon after. My patio door has to be closed just right in order for the lock to latch. A hobo was found passed out on my patio the other day. It was around noon. We have a key to enter the front door, so it does feel safe here. There are a few security cameras outside the buildings. One trash dumpster & it is at the far end of the property. I don't have any problems with parking, & I don't think my building had a single child in it - all adults. Maintenance does a decent job & they are decently friendly. The ladies in the office (Sarah, Stephanie, Emily) are all very nice & professional. I appreciate them - they will take good care of you. The pool is nice, it has a shallow end & a deep end of 8ft. The trees in the area unfortunately contribute to the pool having leaves in it. It's closed on Mondays for cleaning. There was hardly ever anybody there - possibly due to COVID. There are definite signs of wear & tear. I took extensive photos upon moving in here, & I will expect my entire deposit to be refunded (minus OPPD transfer fee & an $80 cleaning fee CIP offers to renters moving out). I will update this review if unfair charges are assessed, because I take good care of my place. Not to mention, when I moved in, they were still cleaning it. The vendor they hired had failed to thoroughly clean the oven & I had to ask them to clean the vents. They looked like drug addicts to be honest. Although my 1 year here started off rocky, it is ending very well. I can honestly say I'll miss living here. I'm only moving because my previous landlord is giving me $1225 credit to move back, & I'll have my own washer/dryer & assigned parking space. Overall, I do recommend this property.
