    Serra has been so helpful with all of our requests and questions in moving to wheaten place. All of our maintenance requests have been dealt with in a timely manner and Serra has been very helpful in making sure things are taken care of. Havent had any issues with noise and neighbors mostly all keep to themselves. Good place to live for the price.

    I lived here from Dec 2015 to Oct 2019. I actually really liked it. I never had an issue with noise or thin walls. Any issue I did have was resolved promptly and maintenance was good. The property managers and staff have been amazing, especially within the past year. Thank you guys for a great 4 years!

    Lived in a 2BR with my roommate for 3 years; in that time there were 4 different property managers and high turnover for maintenance crew. Initially, I enjoyed living there because people keep to themselves. I did have a package stolen during my residency, and a man approached me at the entrance trying to get me alone in the back of the complex. Leasing office is not on-site and it takes months for maintenence requests to be fulfilled, if they ever do. There's trash everywhere, hallways smell like pot, dumpster overflows, and the walls/ceilings are thin so you can hear EVERYTHING. Cops regularly at the complex, domestic disturbances, and entrances consistently propped open or broken.They regularly tried to overcharge us with fees even when we paid rent on time; when we'd call and ask about this they'd always say it was a mistake on their part and waive the charges. I scheduled a move-out tour with Rebecca Kimball and she passed it to her assistant who then called us the day of and told us the tour was cancelled and not to worry about it. However, we never received our deposit back and they're trying to fine us either for A) things they didn't inform us of or B) wear & tear from the CHEAP materials they use. It's under a new manager now, and the only good thing is that she seems nice and understanding and worked with us on getting some charges waived. However, they kept our pet deposit and our regular deposit even though they didn't replace our carpets and we meticulously cleaned prior to our move out date. The place is cheaply made and the only cool thing about it is the fireplace. They don't care about their tenants. People move out more often than they move in. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to live. IN RESPONSE TO NONYA BUSINESS (though I shouldn't dignify that with a response, Rebecca Kimball): It's obvious you work(ed) for the company from your testimony and since my name is not public. My roommate has the correspondence documenting the cancellation of the walk-through. Responsible companies send a representative to do the walk-through WITH you, not after you moved out. Our apartment was not trashed, we worked hard to restore it to its original condition. Its IMPOSSIBLE to do with the materials they use...and that's why they use them; so they can charge more money at the end of your tenancy. My cat is declawed; the carpet issue is from the door rubbing on the cheap carpet for 3 years. The whole complex is TRASHED and I would never recommend moving in, even to the most desperate person. THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND YOU WILL BE TROLLED BY AN IMMATURE EMPLOYEE WHEN YOU ATTEMPT TO CALL THEM OUT.
