Very disappointed in customer service. I was not home when they tried to deliver and they did not call me or my sister-in-law and did not call me back when they tried for 2 time , had to call them again. So the flowers were wilting and they did not offer a discount.

So disappointed in the end of what started out to be a good experience! Called to complain about my $120 bouquet for my uncle’s funeral and was told that the roses were supposed to looked brown at the tips and the wilting flowers…that she didn’t have control of the temperature of the church. Very disappointed in the lack of flowers, overload of filler in this price range and was given a 50% refund.
