One star is too generous of a rating in reference to the service department at this business. My Dad was in need of repairs for his motorized scooter, and the only thing the service department was interested in was selling him a new scooter, because they deemed his "kinda old". When in fact they were still able to get parts for it. Extremely unprofessional, and a total lack of customer service. In fact it was nonexistent. The scooter sat their for two weeks, still no parts, and no initiation of contact from them. A gentleman by the name of Joe has since retired from there, and he was an absolute dream employee. The cast of characters there now, are anything but. Needless to say, my folks business will be taken elsewhere.
