Unprofessional management. Apartment upon moving in smelled of cat urine and had dirty items all over from previous tenants. Stove does not work from the first day and has not been replaced after 4 months. Maintenance man approaches single women to make false acqusations. Spends most of his time sleeping in his truck. R.W.Investments property managers never return any complaint calls or address issues. Move in check list was completed by manager Angie Ternus not tenant who was tricked into signing. Very unprofessional and hostile environment created by management who neglects the tenants needs and the property that is covered with cigarette butts that young children pick up.
