Did ok on timing but overfilled my vehicle with approx 1 quart more oil. Had to drain it out myself to get to right level. Ne er going back

I have no doubt about the great tire service there. But customer service can be better. I felt the rep this morning really just ignored me when I walked in the store. He saw me and didn't even say hello when we are literally the only 2 people in the store ( I came in very early for a tire check). I had to walk up to him and started the conversation. Overall, not good not bad experience

Well I’ve been using these guys for a few years now with multiple cars and I’ve always had great service. Until Andrew started working there, the last 2 times I’ve tried to go in he’s “all booked up” and the only time he can get me in is the next day at 11:30. Never besides these last two times when I’ve spoken to Andrew have I not been able to get in to get an oil change. Very upset and I guess I’ll be looking for somewhere else to get my oil changed now. You had a fantastic team at 19th and O St. In Lincoln. Andrew isn’t a good addition!
