        First I tried to cancel my wards account over the phone or computer. Nope, I have to go to a store. So I look up closest store- located in Edgewood said so on website and Google maps. Nope, no longer a store there. So I go to pinelake location which is supposedly open until 7 pm.Well there is no one there, just an empty booth so I will try to call company and tell them I'm done driving around Lincoln for something they should be able to handle over the phone or online. This company has worthless service. Well I've waited 5 minutes for someone to show up at this "open" store.called them up and they can help me at the o street store. No thanks, 2 strikes you're out, I will just stop payment on the phone.
