Fazoli's

First time ever having Fazolis and as soon as I stepped in it was easily one of my better dining experiences. Nate and the staff were friendly and helped me with all my menu questions. They recommended the best and it was great! Food was fast and fresh and Nate kept them bread sticks coming! Will definitely be back but only when Nate is working.

I went to Fazolis after a stressful day at work. The staff was great from the moment I walked in. It was my first time eating there and they were more than helpful explaining the menu. The service we got throughout our dining experience was top notch. Nate was very attentive and couldnt have done a better job! I will definitely be back because of the service Nate and the team provided!

Worst customer service ever. The lady in the drive threw took forever to swipe my card. Was on her cellphone. Then I was told 2 pull forward and wait. 10min later a guy brought out my food. He was rude and unapologetic. My family first fazolis experience was awful. Very tacky and unprofessional. Why any restaurant would give poor service during this time is beyond me.

I had the best experience at this location, not because of the food, but because of one particular staff member. Nate provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Nate was attentive, friendly, and engaged in fun conversation. I was so impressed by his service that I wanted to offer him a job. I have never been to Fazolis before but This man deserves a Raise!

I've been to this location several times with little to no issues. Today was very different. Online and on their door said they opened at 10:30am so I figured being there right at 11am was fine. Waited several minutes in drive thru with no reply. Figured maybe their speaker was broken so I went in. As soon as others in the parking lot saw me going in they followed shortly after. 3 female employees huddled behind the counter just talking, all the lights are off. I ask if they're open and took several times of asking before I got an answer. One of them checked the clock and started turning lights on and getting the register ready. No sorry or anything. Only person that seemed to actually be working was the cook. Everyone else just acted like they didn't want to be there. The food was ok, but the overall experience left a sour taste.
