        We were looking for a quick lunch after arriving back in town at LNK. As vegans, we are used to limited options, but typically Asian food accommodates our needs. Plus, our typical spots were closed. Our server was pretty new, so it was tough to get answers to questions but not her fault. We were not served rice & salad until we asked for it, though it was part of the meal. The food was just okay. Might be better for meat eaters and sushi lovers, but we would not likely return or recommend. Vegetarian options: They can substitute fried tofu for other proteins for an additional fee. I am not sure why it should cost more to sub tofu for beef, chicken or fish. Oddly, they have 2 out of 4 dishes in the Vegetable section that have ground beef and ground chicken in them and those dishes cannot be made without the meat.
