I am an immigration attorney in Philadelphia. Some last minute issues meant we had to find someone to help us file an RFE response with the Nebraska Service Center. Kevin and his team have a well organized way to get documents in their hands and filed with CIS in a matter of hours. Truly amazing service with an obvious understanding of their very important role in the completion of service to USCIS. I would recommend Kevin and his team to anyone.

We are extremely happy with the service provided by Mr. Kevin Ward. Snow storms caused a delay in shipping a package of very important documents to their intended destination. We feared we were going to miss our deadline due to this unforeseen delay! After calling around multiple places, we felt immediately reassured by Kevin that he could and would get the job done. Kevin calmly explained he was knowledgeable in delivering last minute items to the particular government agency we needed (USCIS) and walked us through what we needed to do to make sure he got what we needed delivered. Kevin did an extraordinary job of getting everything arranged and delivered in a time frame of about an hour and a half! Though the government agency gave him some trouble, Kevin followed through on his promise and got the job done. He then sent us confirmation of delivery. It was very reassuring to have a knowledgeable and resourceful person helping us out through this difficult time.
