Lincoln Building Services Inc.

I am very disappointed with this company. Their cleaning was never great for our business. I would sometimes set a trap by putting paper on the floor to see if they were even vacuuming and sometimes a month would go by before they actually did. They just stopped showing up one day. After two weeks of them not showing up, I reached out to the General Manager, Daniel, to see when they would be coming and to make sure they would not charge us for those missed weeks. Daniel then informed me that they not longer serve our area. They did not give us notice of any kind or even leave a note saying they would not be back. I would not recommend them to any business or person. Very unprofessional business practices!

if anyone who reads the reviews and telling there stories is telling the truth. not only this company shouldn't be in business, but should be shut down. reason why not only they allow illegal immigrants who work there without a green card or any proof of residency. they take people money and doesn't pay worker or expect people to work for free. another reason or a explanation why is because this company service is very poor and can't make good decisions or judgment calls on any type of communication skills or leadership skills and last but not least In my opinion I would not recommend or recruit anyone to this company period.

This company is the worst company I've ever worked for in my life. They do not clean business's well never have product at buildings to be cleaned.Also this company likes to hire Spanish not English speaking people and treat them like trash and pay with under the table wages. I was fired because I had cleaned my building and someone had the Hersey squirts and I cleaned it up and the next day it happened again I was told that I didn't clean it and that I had to go clean it without pay and I told them I'm not cleaning it if I'm not getting paid. I called the labor law and she told me that she worked for that company and that she gets alot of calls for this company being so bad and that it's a good thing not to work for them and if I was a company to NEVER take a quote from this company that they under quote and do a bad job clients complain all the time. Dan the owner does not communicate with his supervisor and his supervisor treats employee's like dirt and expects everyone to do his job.WARNAING ALL COMPANY's OWNERS WATCH OUT FOR THIS( LINCOLN BUILDING SERVICES) IF YOU WANT TO GET BAD SERVICE!!!!!!

If you plan on working for this guy he doesn't keep time cards and enjoys ripping people off that work for him. I plan on taking legal action
