Farm Bureau Finamcial is the insurance company that is refusing to pay the claim. Take it up with your corporate office. We will not remove any review until this claim is settled. This insurers contractor Oversprayed Stain on our BRAND NEW house and they refused to pay to make whole. We have damaged Paint on three sides of the house, Damaged Concrete and 11 doors and windows that are runind from OIL based stain. I would give a minus 10 if I could!

I only have positive things to say about Melissa! Her knowledge base leaves me feeling confident with sending customers to her for homeowners insurance quotes. She is always available to answer any questions that I have and if she can't answer something, she is certain to find out the answer and get back to me. Her Sales Associate, Heidi Hill, is also always such a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend Melissa's office for any insurance needs.
