My furnace was having issues late at night shutting off and on. Called a few 24/7 places around town (early sunday morning,mind you). Doug was the only one that responded early that morning asking if I still needed assistance. When I said I did, one of his tech assistants called promptly and tried to assist me over the phone with the issue which I appreciate. Deciding that I needed the help of a pro, I asked them to come over within the day, and they were here within 30 minutes. They really know their stuff, taking time to explain what they determined the issue was, and how they were solving it. Did a very through job, about an hour to get it up and running again with no further issues. I was worried that it might take days to resolve, but Doug and his employees are great at getting things resolved quickly and promptly. A great relief to me and my family. Thank you.
