        Not a great experience. Lack of customer service and the food isnt prepared before the work week begins. Drove all the way across town for the shelves to be empty because they didnt order containers.

        Disappointed in this place! They had pre packed food items like hello fresh would send, or factor meals, but not many options available. And you have to use the microwave. I got the spinach artichoke chicken penne, it had so much black pepper, i felt i was only eating black pepper. The cajun shrimp was not good, it was old, and smelled. I also got the green smoothie which was not that bad with protein powder for $7

        Great customer service, their meals are great for the days Im super busy. They have variety of foods to pick from with various calorie counts. And its all made fresh that same day.
