Amanda was late to our appointment. Photos were taken at East Campus May 2014. I still haven't seen my photos after numerous attempts to contact via phone calls, texts, emails and Facebook. Don't use this company. By the way, her name is Amanda Scott & she has renamed her company Out & About Photography.

She was late to our photo shoot and customer service is the poorest I've ever had from any business. I was told that the photos would be available in two weeks and over 8 weeks later, not only do I not have my photos but she does not respond to my voice mails, emails or Facebook messages. The two times she did actually communicate with me, she blamed her terrible staff for the wait and took no ownership what-so-ever. I say run, don't walk, in the other direction. What good are beautiful photos if you don't have access to view them? Total. Waste. Of time.

We had our pictures taken in APRIL of this year and we have yet to hear anything from her! She won't return our phone calls, emails, and a letter that was sent. This is the poorest business I have EVER seen!! We were told 14 days and MAYBE a few days longer as we had asked for the rights to pictures. We understood however it has been almost a month and a half later and we can't even get a response. I would not recommend this photographer as the turn around time is AWFUL!! They will be outdated by the time we get them!!

Urban Photography is amazing! Amanda is so patient, and works hard to ensure a great session. We always have a fun, and walk away pleased with the overal experience. Her photos capture the most perfect of candid moments...We plan to use Urban Photography for all our photo needs!

Urban Photography Rocks!! Our pictures turned out wonderful and Amanda was so helpful and fun to be around. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a Great Photographer!!! Great Job Urban Photography!!!
