Yes I bought a cell phone from these guys and they were very pleasant and nice to work with them they're very eager to sell it to me but four days later when the phone was not working properly I brought it back they didn't have it in stock they had no way of getting me a new phone at this time they said they could send and get another one that might be here tomorrow but they weren't sure of that they said that if there was another guy in the store that they could send a driver to go pick one up so my only option was driving across town round trip 45 minutes of my time and my money my gas my wear and tear on my vehicle that was okay with them that was their option they didn't want to reimburse me for my gas my time or anything that was not an option I refuse to come back to the store ever again if anybody is reading this this far I would take my money elsewhere to a bigger store with more inventory and Better service. The little blonde haired kid working behind the register was rude and obnoxious he would say little inuendoes. I will never ever step foot in that store again.
