        When I was a patient, I received excellent care and service. Unfortunately, I have been trying for several months now to get a hold of a live person in the office (at various times of different days) and have been unsuccessful. Does anyone know of an alternative form of reaching a LIVE person at their office?

        Wonderful dentist, but sadly they are closing at the end of Sept. 2020, as Dr. Palmer is retiring. I've gone there since we moved to Nebraska in the 1980s as a child and will miss him.
