If I could leave a zero star review I would this company is absolutely atrocious to work for the place I was cleaning hired a completely different company out from under our contract because heartland wanted more money for the contract but didn’t want to pay us the employees cleaning the building more of course. Hartland didn’t even give us notification that we were losing our jobs in a week, I showed up for work and there was a whole new company in there doing my job When I called about it they gave me some wishy washy answer and refused to give me my last check so don’t work here whatever you do

This is not a good place to work the owner doesn't care about the quality of work only wants to get it done. I was a salary employee and was laid off he shorted my check and didn't pay me half not to mention he did this 2 days before Thanksgiving. He is a greedy selfish person who has no appreciation for his employees. His only concern is to get the job done as fast as possible so he can get money in his pockets. Wouldn't recommend this company for any thing.

I have been with Hartland cleaning for 5 years I've never had any issues with getting paid the owner of the company does everything he can to help you out the general manager is very laid-back very understanding he will do anything he can to help you out also Hartland is a great company to work for people are friendly easy to get along with flexible hours just a great place to work
