Tony and the team are excellent! I called and he was able to schedule cleaning for our carpets quickly. We got a puppy in November and potty training took a toll on our carpets. Tony explained my options and made our carpets look almost brand new. They over delivered and we are so pleased. The value is amazing, they worked quickly and were so pleasant to work with. My experience with Green Dog was good. We had an expensive wool area rug that our dog had taken to peeing on over the course of several months, and there seemed to be no way to save it. GD had a sophisticated and thorough dry cleaning/bath immersion system, repeated over the course of a couple weeks, and he brought it back to us in surprisingly good condition, odor free and stain free, with very little fading or running of the colors. It wasn't cheap, but doing it this way saved us the price and labor involved in a consumer rug shampoo unit that wouldn't have sufficed anyway. He charged what he said he would, did what he said he would do, and brought it back to us in a reasonable period of time. Recommended. Service: General carpet cleaning

I have used this guy for a few times/years. Has always been great! Last 2 times he has cleaned my carpets 3 years apart, has been sub-par at best. Scrap walls and chunk of drywall dings. Also he has always helped with moving furniture, which surpised me at 1st. But he no longer does this. Which isn't a problem, but would be nice to have been told ahead of time. 2 biggest things that got me was, not vacuuming before starting and leaving a weird mark in my carpets. I can only assume it's from the hose and didn't appear for a few days. I haven't contacted him about this , as I am unsure what!could be done. I will not be using this guy again , I will have to find another local company. As this is why I used him to begin with. #supportlocal

Removed ground in stains from my kids with no problem. Would highly recommend Ref Dog Carpet Cleaning!
