        My car had been disabled and smelled really bad. Towed it to a shop and they were unable to diagnose the issue. After a few tries and a day later they finally found the issue. A/C compressor. Once I learned it was A/C I called Progressive. He knew exactly what had happened. Explained why it was unsafe to drive it over, and I had it towed over. Also explained a previous A/C repair they had done for me, and why this was something different. Dan completed the repair by the following day even though he had a busy week. Amazing service! Highly recommend! Thanks!
