I feel this place is worth the money you pay to live here. Most of the apartment is updated. Wonderful to have a spot for a washer and dryer. It's close to shopping but tucked away from the noise and traffic. Friendly staff and quite place to live.

I have lived here for almost a year now and have been very pleased that I made this choice (recently renewed my lease for another year). The manager, Nicole, is friendly, professional, and quick to respond to questions or issues. The grounds are neat and well maintained, and the price is very competitive in comparison to other properties in Lincoln. I love the location....we are close to Everything....and yet the apt community is set back just far enough from the main road to keep it very quiet, with minimal traffic. (One of my very few complaints would be that there are several large potholes that need attended to from the main road coming onto the property.) Jace, the maintenance man, is top notch. He is prompt and knowledgeable, and seems to care about the quality of his work. Overall, I'm thrilled with Fieldstone apts....and I'm pretty picky and had a lot of requirements. (Ground floor, laundry hook ups in my unit, good value, etc). Love the open kitchen and the "den", which has its own door and we used it for our second bedroom so we could have the bedrooms separated by the living room for extra privacy. I'd absolutely recommend this place. A few years later.... First and foremost, a shout out to Phillipe (maybe Fillipe, shame on me for not knowing by now because he is a huge reason we're still here.) Returned 3 days ago after a 3 month absence. My younger son was here but, there were a few things that needed addressed that didn't hit his radar....slow draining bathroom issues, burnt out stove lights, a worn out cupboard hinge, etc. (Normal wear and tear) I put in work orders which were addressed the next day to completion. Was happy to come home to a repaired parking lot and updated counter tops in my kitchen and bathroom. I'm also happy to see we still have the same property manager (Hank), as we've gone through several since we moved in. There seem to be a few remaining issues that will hopefully also be resolved soon. Security cams would eliminate many of them. Just a thought. But yeah, still here because Fieldstone is still a good bang for your buck. Friendly, diverse, blue collar majority, and a great location.
