They do look into reviews and see if they can have a second chance at taking care of you. It takes a lot for a company to admit that a situation wasnt handled correctly the first time do to training.

I purchased a floor model printer from this store on March 4 2024 and specifically asked if it would work. I got it home and it didnt work but it was out of ink. I ordered ink online because I dont live close to the store. I replaced ink and it still doesnt work. I went to exchange for a different one on 20th of March and due to it being 2 days after the return policy the general manager refused to exchange. Best Buy from now on Edit - talked to the regional manager and he made this all right with me. Retfunded my money on the entire purchase. He was very pleasant to do business with as well as Jonathan in the Kearney store. Polite and professional.

Place has been awesome recently!! Dont have a complaint. The manager helped me find a high quality PowerPoint clicker with a laser and a new blue tooth mouse. Sooo much more convenient than the old dongle style.
