        Awful service. I was browsing in the store, when I was ready to buy a pair of earrings no body came up to me to help me. Some of people from the staff in the store just passed by and they didnt even bother to ask is a needed help. I came in jogging pants and a grey hoodie, maybe thats why they didnt even bother.

        Always great service, explains what repairs are needed and the cost upfront, encourages women to get their rings checked and cleaned-which is free.

        Received a bracelet as a gift several years ago. Wore it a few times and realized it was defective. Tried to exchange it or order a new one. Many excuses were made, including that I was too hard on it at my job. No satisfaction whatsoever. I still have the bracelet, in my jewelry box, only ever worn twice. Will never do business here, ever again.

        I got my engagement ring and wedding bands from Hoovers! They expressed my wedding bands to get sized and soldered in a quick manner, always going above and beyond. Stacey and Linda were always super to work with in all aspects of the choosing/buying/maintaining process! They always greet us with a smile and always recognize us when we stop in. We will continue to do business with them!

      Hoover's Jewelers

      Hoover's Jewelers has always been a family business. Started by Herb and Bunny Hoover, they first opened in North Platte in 1930. My father Bonny soon joined them, working as a watchmaker and bench jeweler. He eventually became a partner in the store and bought it when time came for Herb and Bunny to retire. Hoover's Jewelers has been in our family ever since.We opened our Kearney store in 1988. We love being part of the community here. When we stop at the grocery store, the people we see are our customers and friends - that type of uniquely wonderful experience can't be found just anywhere.For our part, we've really focused on making sure our customers are more than thrilled with the diamonds and fine jewelry they purchase from us: we always say, "It's not perfect until it's perfect for you!"
