Had a car totaled, they took the car and of course called them to make sure the car was off my policy rite after. 5 months later Im still getting billed for it. This was 3 weeks ago that I found out. Dawn said Id be getting a refund yesterday but then she said they took another payment out of my credit Im supposed to get for the car they totaled and took 5 months ago! Dawn literally then tells me I need to find other insurance because Im too much and always needing something . Ive literally called in maybe 4-5 times within the last 8 years to get a copy of insurance. 8 policies with them Im beyond pissed and Ill make sure and let everyone I see know about this joke of a company.

I needed to change my Medicare supplement because the one I d had for the past several years kept jumping in price yearly. Isaac Lind of Barney Financial was extremely helpful in finding me another plan that covered the same benefits at a significantly lower price. Thanks, Isaac!
