Drew is very unprofessional, took two seconds and hung up on me, I got like 2 words in. I guess I won't be a customer any longer as well. Horrible all my clothing of 10 years right on the trash. Real shame you guys act that way.

Valerie Hass the General Manager at the Garden City KS Buckle was extremely unprofessional. I just cant believe The Buckle has hired someone like her to be the GM. My brother was using a fitting room a worker had took us to and as I was waiting on the seat next to the fitting room she came and banged on the door yelling to have him switch fitting rooms. She couldve easily had just told me with a calm professional voice if she really needed the fitting rooms changed since I was literally sitting right next to the fitting room instead of yelling at him as he was changing. Just embarrassing. I told her how I was upset she just completely brushed it off and before that I asked the employee who she was and the employee responded with thats just how she is as a person. It is sad that you can act however you want to customers because of how you are as a person. Wheres the professionalism and customers first especially from the Garden City KS Buckles General Manager.

Buyers beware. Buckle doesn't stand behind their jeans. Their return policy is outdated and the lack of customer service provided in store because of their policies is not in favor of the customer. My first and last time making a purchase at Buckle.
