Unfortunately have to say I wouldn't recommend their services. (Knowing exactly what I want cause I order the same every year). I ordered a simple specific bouquet of flowers for my Mother on Mother's Day to be delivered. I called to place the order one week in advance and asked if WHITE lillies and WHITE roses along with some iris could be fulfilled in a bouquet by Mother's Day? The lady even asked the florist and all was good so paid for my order. Flowers were delivered on time but absolutely NOT what I asked for! This bouquet that was delivered had all colors but white!!! Thought it was a pretty simple order to take and be fulfilled. They certainly don't care if their clients are satisfied with their services or even attempt to to make it right even with a simple apology. This business fails at simple hate to see what a complicated order for a special someone. Hope someone elses experience was better than mine. Suggesting exploring other options for ordering flowers for that special someone so you don't get a SIMPLE disappointment!

I unfortunately would not recommend. I verified the amount on the phone with the worker and they ended up charging my card days later, for more than we agreed on. I told them what I wanted on the card, even spelled the names. They forgot MY name on the card, and the writing was all squished together. And lastly, the flowers were partly dead on arrival. They have been delivered for a week now and are all almost dead, plus the flowers are all different odd lengths. With random ones sticking out in odd places. Definitely disappointed with the quality as they were meant for a family member after a death.

I ordered $50 flower to be delivered to a friend's grandmother funeral. I did let them decide what type of flower to use as i thought that should be common sense. Turned out they sent a tiny plant with 2 pieces of leaves. Where are the flowers? And you dare to tell me this is worth of $50 in a small town like Holdrege NE?
