Cannot tell you in so many words how disappointed I am....3 years of planning and demo of the existing retaining wall and new patio completely ruined now because of concrete splatter on my $4,000.00 retaining wall blocks! The kid operating the pump truck on June 30th 2012 was laughing about how he was on overtime and holding the hose way above so splatter was inevitable....I was not home when they finished but the contractor demanded payment upon completion and I should never paid him until I fully inspected it! I am mortified at the final results and I can't wait to move now after spending $10,000 on the back yard if that tells you anything!
