Run from WOOD BROS! They will LOW-BALL your sale.
What a painful ordeal. When we 1st bought the house, we had to chase house keys all over G.I & we still didn't get them all. The builder's contractor had one & misplaced it. We then got the wrong mail box.
The selling was more painful! The realtor was very unprofessional sharing seller's information with unauthorized persons in G.I. Chris was REPRESENTING the BUYERS, & didn't care about the seller's requests in the name of the buyers were gonna be homeless soon, when there were a million other homes for sale. I had to request for some updates. She failed to inform me on time about a item that should have been included in the closing costs. I can go on & on & on!
