What a difference a year makes we were here march 2013 & the staff was great & very polite but after this year my family will spend our money elsewhere. The assistant manager an older lady was very rude. The room I was in 148 has some serious need for renovation but that has no impact why I will not be back . you can not treat people like crap & if it had not been for the fact that there are no more rooms due to the wrestling in town we would have never checked in. Bar was a filthy mess & was not at all busy. Floors & counters & tables were sticky from night before. The only positive about the place the pool area.

I stayed at this hotel on Monday night 2/11/13. It smelled so bad like sewer so bad!!! I went to front desk and complained multiple times! They didn't do anything about it they told me that they had a sewer problem. I then stayed here again on Friday 2/15/13 it again smelled like sewer! Went and complained about it and had to get rude with the owner to get half of my money back!! This is ridiculous I stay here at least 4 times a month sometimes twice a week. I shouldn't have to get rude to get anything done. You shouldn't have to smell feces when you stay at a hotel!!! If you do stay here make sure you ask if they got the sewer fixed before checking in!!!!!
