Ma'am I'd like to set a few things(3) straight from your short review. #1 You didn't get charged anything because you didn't place an order. #2 We never discussed how much delivery is on the phone. It's $8 in town. NOT $15. And #3 All Faiths is 1/2 mile away, not 3 doors down. To refresh your memory ma'am, you left a message on Saturday stating that you needed flowers after we had closed. I called you Sunday and you thanked me for returning your call. You stated that you wanted to spend $50 for an arrangement going to All Faiths. I asked if the $50 included tax and delivery or if that was extra. You stated you were surprised that we charged delivery to go to a funeral home. I said yes we even charge if it's right next door. You said it only takes 2 seconds and it's too bad you can't make it to town to take it yourself. Then you said nevermind you'll call someone that doesn't charge delivery and i said ok thank you. You then hung up. Delivery cost was never discussed but just so you understand. we charge for delivery to help offset the cost of providing that service. We choose to charge for delivery instead of raising all our prices for all customers even if they don't use that service. Insurance, gas, maintenance and payroll is not free for us.

Ma'am you ordered on the phone with the store owner and wanted to spend a TOTAL(including deliver and tax) of $40. You were informed of the delivery charge of $8 in town and $2 in tax. That left $30 to pay for flowers(all yellow in a vase as requested). The arrangement(as shown in your own photo) has a sunflower, gerbera daisies, daisies, alstroemeria, a snapdragon, solidago and filler greens. The vase costs money as well. And so does the labor to have someone make it. I spoke to you on the phone and we agreed to return your money for the flowers.
