        I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Staff member answered my questions and added my name to the wait list. She directed me to a place to sit down on. When it was my turn, the associate helped me with my problem. I then as ked him to show me a phone I was interested in. He showed me the features of the phone. He made sure I was understanding what he was telling me. We concluded the sale and he made sure that i knew how to activate the new phone and transfer all the information.
