Literally zero communication at all, tried ordering my jacket back 2 months and I’ve heard nothing from these people. They refuse to respond to emails or phone calls as well. It baffles me how you can lack that much customer communication. If there was a zero star option for review, I’d select it. Definitely stay away from this place.

I was told the jacket would be in just in time for Christmas. We received it a week after Christmas with very minimal communication. I understand things happen, and would have been very understanding had the communication been better. I had to reach out to DeCosta to figure out the status of my order and received very short, curt answers in return. The last email I sent wasn’t answered at all. The jacket is great but the communication and customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

1 star, if there was lower than 1 that is what I would give. Communication is terrible! I ordered a letter jacket for my son; based on the estimated delivery date given, Thanksgiving was not an issue. I started calling DeCosta’s looking for status. They never answer their phone. DeCosta is a retail store! I would leave a voicemail once a day, the rest of the time I would call hoping to get someone to answer. It took a few days to get anyone even to return my call. The store ended up asking the seamstress to put a rush on the jacket. When I received the call that the coat was finished, I was told that the store had moved to Elkhorn. I was shocked! The move was not communicated when I purchased the jacket. The reason I selected this store is that it is right down from my work. Now they are inside CIShirts in Elkhorn, who also does not answer their phone. I would not recommend either place. I did call DiGiorgio’s Sportswear; they did answer their phone.
