This place is a complete rip off. I see great reviews and people saying the value for the money is great, but unless I see him planting some gold bars in the yard I dont see how his pricing is great value? Charges $95 just to do a stinkin estimate which is a total rip off. Estimate shouldnt be charged at all. Ive had car estimates, tree estimates, home project estimates like a closet add on, drive way, kitchen, siding, and so on. Never heard of a estimate being charged. For ONE APPLICATION he was going to charge $529.65. Gotta be kidding me. I had pest control service performed in the past with another company and never was charged an estimate and I didnt even pay $529.65 for a 6 month program. If you want to get ripped off 100% go with this company. Thanks for telling me what I already knew. Heres your $95 for what shouldnt cost anything for an estimate. Yes I have an old house with some wood rotting. I dont know of to many houses out there 50 plus years old with zero issues.

Find me another Bug Man who comes to take care of the mosquitoes in your back yard but you failed to mow your grass over the weekend and he insists on using your mower to cut the grass before applying the treatment - yeah, they dont exist! Not only does my grass look great, it will be bug free in a day or two. Ryan is a straight shooter and has always been responsive. I'm happy to have found him several years ago! Give Ryan a call and hell not only get rid of your unwanted pests while also making sure you know just how appreciated your business is to him! I chose Ryan's Pest Solutions as they had fantastic reviews and I have to say, the reviews and the service are legit. I called with a wasp problem, Ryan was fortunately able to stop by while he was nearby - same day. When he pulled up, not only did he grab my garbage can near the curb, but he tipped it over to dump out some standing water at the bottom then pulled the can up to my garage. He quickly assessed the problem, explained the plan to me and got to work. Ryan was extremely personable and honest. The service and quality are really awesome. Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

Call, text, or email Ryan and his team immediately! The first people I call when I move are the moving company and Ryans Pest Solutions. Their service, communication, flexibility, quality and focus on client needs is the best youll find in town and the only pest removal company I will ever use. I have severe allergies and skin sensitivities to several types of insects and creepy crawlies and their work inside the home and outside the home for elimination and long lasting prevention helps me sleep better and actually enjoy my time outside during the Summer. Ive had issues with spiders and wasps specifically in two different homes and after treatment I feel like I can take a breath and stress less. Theyre also animal and plant friendly! The last visit, Ryan jumped up on the roof and blasted the wasp Queen herself! A real life cowboy hero! Dont hesitate with these guys or waste your time shopping around.
