Made an appointment at 4:14 pm for today.i called twice last week and finally got a hold of them Thursday after leaving a voicemail earlier in the week .They called the day of the appointment and stated the nurse had to move the appointment back after 5 pm the same day. We understood people get busy and things happen. My wife and her friend needed the fluids. The nurse calls 10 minutes before their appointment when they are almost there and says no one told her they were rescheduled and that she had no one to watch her kids. Didn't even care that it was to late to get in with someone else and stated they could take there bussiness else where. Very lacking in professionalism and communication. Our go to is Live Hydration, my wife couldn't get in today during their regular bussiness hours so we thought we would give this a try. But we love Live Hydration and will be taking all of our bissiness back there.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with your business practices. I had 2 appointments scheduled today at 4 pm, Elizabeth called at 3 pm to reschedule to 5:30. Luckily it worked for both of us. We are traveling from Glenwood, Iowa and with rush hour it took us 45-50 mins to drive to your location. 10 mins before our new scheduled appointment, the nurse called to cancel. I didn’t catch her name but she didn’t care at all that I am EXTREMELY inconvenienced, rescheduled other important plans that were made this evening, and was disinterested in what I and my friend had to say. Lack of communication on your end has canceled necessary fluids for both of our medical conditions. I’m disgusted at the lack of empathy your traveling nurse had. She heard nothing of what I had to say because she did nothing but speak over myself and my friend. I will be adding this to all platforms that will allow me to leave reviews. I’m disgusted. I wish I could leave a Zero star. Incredibly unprofessional and frustrating.
