This is a review I didnt want to have to make. I spent $2400 at this shop (after having to argue about how many hours the original quote was, learn from me and make sure to get that in writing from any shop) upgrading my car to Brembo brakes, while having the whole rear brake factory setup redone as well, and having a grinding noise fixed that I was told was my AC Compressor. A month of headache, new master cylinders, a new brake booster, and tons of brake rebleed issues later I finally get the car back with working brakes, but the grinding noise in the engine bay is still present, and a new metal on metal grinding noise coming from the brakes. I finally gave in and took my car to Lincoln to a shop I know and trust. The shop in Lincoln has told me that A) the engine bay grinding noise is the Alternator and was probably never the AC Compressor B) that the metal on metal noise is one of the rear dust shields contacting the rotor and C) that the rear calipers were on the wrong sides, most likely leading to all the brake bleeding issues that delayed the car being returned to me by several weeks. The employees at Ed Cordel's are very nice and were always communicative, but the work just isn't up to par, and now I'm out the money I paid them and the money I'm going to have to spend to get the car fixed up properly. Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering/Suspension, Air conditioning, Engine repair, A/c installation & repair

Ed Cordel has always been my go to for my Mercedes, you cannot find a better mechanic for any car in omaha area. Knows his way around a vehicle and tells you exactly what the problem is first hand. Always recommend him and his shop!

The incompetence of this shop is mind blowing. I have a 745 and a 750. They began work in Oct of 2020 and as of Feb 1 2021 neither car has been repaired properly. In fact, the cars are worse off than when I took them in. Excuse after excuse. Time and time again they said it was finished and I pull out and get no farther than a mile and my dash lights up. I gave them over $5000 and still do not have a properly repaired vehicle. Neither one. Wolves in sheeps clothing. Beware. They also charged me $130 to install a new battery which I brought in. These cars require that new batteries get programmed to the vehicle. They did not even do that. Essentially charging me $130 to unhook the old battery and install the new one. The list goes on and on! Service: General repairs & maintenance
