I have been waiting for Jordan at Wagner Well to install a new furnace and ac in my home for months Everytime I call I'm told they have huge projects and will work me in. I called yesterday because my old ac isn't working and was having a family gathering this weekend and it need fixed. Jordan told her be right over. That was at 8:00 am by 4:30 pm he was still a no show. So I called someone else and amazingly enough the other company was here in 30 min. Not only did they fix the old ac enough to make it through the night but we're here early this morning I have furnace and ac install for less then what Jordan and Wagner were going to do it for. These guys at Wagner never show til they want to and their customer service SUCKS

We were having difficulties with our drain overflowing, so We called Wagner well to come fix it. They charged us $100 the first time (and didnt get the job done). We decided to have them come back and try again, and charged us $200 the second time, where it plugged up 3 days later. We couldnt take a shower or do a load of laundry without having to go plunge the drain. We tried to talk and compromise with them explaining our situation, but they said they would charge us again to come fix THEIR mistake. I would not recommend these guys to anyone that has a complicated problem.
