I've lived here almost six years I like my apartment they remodeled the kitchen and bathroom two years ago and it is very nice compared to what was there. The in house manager is as close to perfect as you can get and that HAS NOT been the case in the past. Management on location as well as Omaha in the past didn't act like they cared at all how the tenants felt about anything. At least now we can approach our in house manager with suggestions, comments or questions and walk away feeling like she cares and will do above and beyond to care for us. I couldn't say enough good things about our manager here in Columbus! On the handful of times I contacted any of the management in Omaha I was talked down to, dismissed and basically felt like they could care less about any concerns that we as Tennant's my have brought to them. Other than that it's been a great little community to live in.
