Absolutely phenomenal experience. The staff are so welcoming and versed in the care they provide. In addition, I was provided with incredible client centered care that valued my priorities and overall health in a way that made me feel heard and validated. I strongly recommend this resource to anyone who is unsure, scared, or in need of assistance with their healthcare needs.

Words don't even begin to be able to describe my care as a patient at All Families. I have a strange and bit of complex health history and medical needs. Going through some MAJOR struggles with post menopausal issues. When I was searching for a provider who I thought would have a good understanding of hormones, and be willing to try some out of the box treatment and care, I was met with many dead ends. Yes I do have other medical providers who have been nothing but amazing but this was something more complex and what seems to be a very uncommon situation. All Families reached back out to me and worked with me to get me on the books as soon as they could, they seemed to understand that I had a need that needed to be met sooner than later. I got an entire hour to meet with Helen. I felt heard, understood, and validated as not just a patient, but a human being every single moment. Helen is so kind, compassionate, caring and understanding. Helen and the staff at All Families was so patient with me while trying to find the medication/treatment I needed at the most affordable cost to me. Being past my reproductive years, obviously I wouldn't ever need some of the other services All Families provides, but it makes me feel at ease knowing the valley has a safe space and place for those who may choose or need to have their healthcare needs met there. I am SO grateful for my experience and patient care from All Families. I absolutely would not hesitate to send anyone there that may have a need that could be met by them.
