Hertz Whitefish

Terrible experience from start to finish. Vehicle was rented to me completely filthy because they said they didnt have anyone there to clean it. Kids car seats (from previous renter?) were still in the car and when I asked them to remove them, the backseat was covered in goldfish crackers and other snacks. I ended up returning the vehicle early because the tires were so bald that it didnt feel safe to drive. I told them this and they said well, theyre legal. This company isnt interested in feedback. Also, if this is how they treat a Presidents Circle member, I cant even imagine other experiences!

If you're going to rent a car in the flathead valley, I would highly recommend Hertz!! They also do a great job with the whitefish snowbus/school's systems

Worst rental experience ever! Employees wouldnt stand behind what they promised. Was given a car that was 5 months past registration and tires that were rated with tire tread at 3/32 and they told us it was acceptable. We got a flat and they wanted us to replace a completely used tire with a brand new one. They wouldnt give us actual pricing. Tried charging us almost $200 more than what our Priceline agreement was and with every word they would go against everything they said they would do for customer service. Our trip was delayed over 5 hours because we had to deal with horrible service and car rentals. Would never recommend this facility. They are tied to the Hertz Glacier International Airport and would never recommend either of them. Worst service ever and no accountability or service to provide quality or minimal service. Was given a very dirty car when they finally got us something without expired plates. Save yourself the hassle. Go stand in the busier line!!!
