Food is Michelin star quality. Amazing atmosphere and food for such a tiny place. Had elk medallions with blueberry sauce, hand made squash ravioli, and bison tips in mushroom sauce on tortellini, paired with a bottle of malbec mmmmmmm. Accolades to the chef 👏

Okay, so many of the low-star reviews on here talk about slow service or subpar salad. Sure, that can be true. It's because they're working to individually prepare every other dish that's worth eating! Like buffalo tortellini that is warm and creamy and fresh and decadent. Or cornbread-stuffed roasted quail under white wine blueberry reduction. Or elk medallions topped with the same blueberry reduction. If you remember one thing from this review: say yes to blueberry reduction! And when the service staff is not busy attending to these masterfully crafted delights for your mouth, they are very friendly, helpful, engaging, and funny. I didn't catch the names, but the two women who served my table of 9 for my birthday were incredibly kind and helpful, one from Romania and one from Honduras, assisting me, my 5 kids, and 3 French friends. And humor and sass were involved in convincing my French friends to accept bubbly Prosecco in place of champagne (out of stock from the menu). Honestly, I have no desire to return to Yellowstone. It's as good as the calendar photos. But I'd return for this restaurant.
