Glacier Highland

Nice motel and cafe just a couple of miles from the Glacier West entrance. Rooms were dated but clean. Cafe had hearty food choices in generous amounts.

Resturant review waitstaff very rude, we asked why people were seated gefire us who came after us, the waitstaff physically pulled the buzzer from my hand and said get out or he'll call the sheriff. Zero to 100 in a blink if an eye. The owner showed up and didn't want to hear anything from us and said leave.

We stopped here for breakfast before going in to the park for the day. Had a delicious omelette and french toast with huckleberries, of course! They seemed short staffed, but worked hard to serve us and were kind and attentive. We will likely be back for some pie!

This review is based on the restaurant. First off, the servers eyed us but completely ignored us after we got sat down. As a server myself, this was actually ridiculous to witness this sort of treatment- we completely showed respect and had to ask for someone to attend to us. The service further on was good though! Prices of food are just okay, the Glacier Chocolate pie slice didnt meet the $10 price point, but it is a tourist area! The food is okay! I really enjoyed the fish sandwich that I got. Fries were not the best. If you need somewhere to stop by and you are starving, this place isnt a bad stop. MUCH better restaurants in Whitefish though! Giving 3 stars is on the generous side but I cant say it was terrible.
