At 7 pm my husband stopped to talk to Jim about a battery charging problem with our van. Jim volunteered to check battery and alternator. He recommended solutions and refused to allow us to pay for his services. I would not hesitant to recommend him. He was professional, kind, and accommodating.

My husband's semi truck was in need of a tow. Jim arrived when he said he would be there. He is honest and charged a reasonable price for the service performed. Jim did not take advantage of a desperate situation. A1 Towing & Fleet Service is the only call you need to make.

Jim is great. Not only is he friendly and affordable, but he had the courtesy to stop and let me do one of my deliveries that was on the way to his shop. Talk about above and beyond service.

Highly recommend...Jim went ABOVE AND BEYOND assisting in our situation to help us figure out all possible solutions spefic to our dilemma...he was very patient and understanding and accommodating way more then excpeted .. i have never met a gentleman who took care of their customer in such a high professional helpful manner...i can not say enough about his outstanding service he deserves a GOLD medal for his business and iam forever grateful for his kindness...thank you Jim from the bottom of my heart Service: Car towing
