My Son and I had lunch at the griddle Thursday. I had the special which was chicken malibu with salad and my Son had a hamburger. My Son said the burger was good but I found the malibu chicken sandwich to be tasteless. The chicken was possibly from Sysco dropped in the deep fat fryer. I expected better. The atmosphere in the Griddle was nice, freshly painted but the ceiling needed replacing as it was dirty. No TVs blaring, which I liked. The Griddle may be good but watch out for the malibu chicken sandwich and the vinegar and oil. $25.00 with tip.
