Plesant to say the least, is a great way to describe interacting with this entity. Extremely diligent listeners willing and capable of deciphering the conflicting insurance industry. Narrowing the field, explaining in layman's terms some uniquely packaged options specific to meeting the client's needs. Well versed at assisting clients at making the best decisions to help them remain pleased for the long term! No bull here, just old school American ethics, the right folks for the right outcome.
