Carbon County District Court

If there was option to give 0 star i was gonna do that. i called couple of times to pay ticket, i talked to Marissa. she was so rude. First she told me to send picture of ticket on whtsapp which is not professional(the number that she gave me was landline and didn't have whtsapp). she just kept making excuses not to help me.

I can understand why Carbon County Court has a one star rating. What happened in this court recently was something never witnessed in a court of law. First the petition filed was bogus and very strange, the judge was missing in action as he retreated to his chambers and turned the court over to two young inexperienced attorneys who proceeded to turn the court into a grade school playground bullying session. With no Judge in control one attorney was allowed to badger his target with name calling, bullying and downright gloves off anything goes behavior. This short low self esteem attorney dominated this simple hearing into a two- and half-hour session that had no professional or ethical standing. For all of his posturing it was difficult to vision him as a professional as his suit coat still had the price tags, manufactures label and package stitching on back vent and pockets, clearly he was planning on returning it to Men’s Wearhouse at the end of the day. This cheap behavior shows a disrespect for the court and the community businesses. If he could not afford proper dress requirements for the court there are places he could have gotten a nice suit coat for very little, such as the Good Will or Salvation Army.
