Travel Cafe

My travel agent Kim Lewis is the absolute worst. I had this trip planned for a few months just to find out the day before my trip that the hotel reservations and plane tickets werent on the same date. She then rescheduled my trip a month later using over 700 of my credits mistakenly just to reschedule when it was her mistake in the first place. Definitely dont recommend this place at all especially kim the travel agent. Absolute worst travel experience possible

Kim has been our travel agent for many years. She's always so helpful, knowledgeable and does an amazing job. She recently moved our trip to accommodate us and saved us $1000!! I will always refer our friends and family to kim!!! Thanks kim!!!

I worked with Kim on a ticket that was difficult for me to book on my own. Kim is fantastic - super pleasant, helpful, timely and knowledgeable. In this day and age of having to work with online agents that know nothing and don't try to really help, Kim was a rose in the desert. Would highly recommend.

Kim is the best! Weve been working with Travel Cafe for a few years and cant say enough good things about the services they provide! Were very grateful for everything they do to make sure were taken care of, especially during these uncertain times! Kim is extremely helpful, professional, an absolute gem!
